  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp. (24 g)
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)

Cooking steps:

Crust

  1. Prepare a basic shortbread dough according to this recipe. Bake the chilled dough in a 22cm round tart tin following these instructions. Let cool completely.

Filling

  1. Place raspberry jam in a medium bowl, add slightly thawed raspberries, add cornstarch, mix thoroughly.

Cookies
