  • Dried garlic – 1/3 tsp (1 g)
  • Sesame – 1 tsp (3 g)
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp (3 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Parsley – 1/4 bunch (13 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, cut into thin slices.
  2. Put the zucchini slices in a large bowl, season with salt, leave for 10 minutes. Drain the zucchini in a colander from the liquid that has come out.
  3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan over high heat. Put the zucchini, fry with constant stirring for 2-3 minutes.
