Oven Baked Potato Boneless Chicken Thighs


  • Chicken thighs – 4 pcs. (500 g)
  • Potatoes – 4 pcs. (500 g)
  • Cream – 3/5 cup (150 g)
  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Onions – 1 pc. (120 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. (28 g)
  • Garlic cloves – 1 pc. (5 g)
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 2/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1 tsp. (2 g)


  • Green onions

Cooking steps:

  1. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika, add chopped garlic, pour in vegetable oil, stir.
  2. Cut the onion into quarter rings. Then cut the potatoes in half and then cut into thick wedges. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the green onions.
  4. Place seasoned chicken thighs in a frying pan without vegetable oil, add chopped onions and potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper, mix well. Pour cream into the pan. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400⁰F) for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, place tomato slices between the chicken thighs, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400⁰F) for another 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions.
