STEP 1
Get ready for a flavor explosion with this delicious recipe! Start by peeling and slicing onions into half rings.

STEP 3
Heat up a frying pan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Throw in both the red and white chopped onions.
TIPS: It is important to sauté the onions until they are soft and fragrant before adding to the chicken pieces. This will help to bring out the natural sweetness of the onions and will enhance the flavor of the tomato paste.
STEP 5
Then add 1 tablespoon of the tomato paste, pour water. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes until fragrant.
TIPS: Don’t skimp on the tomato paste – it’s what gives this stew its rich, savory taste.

Then cut the chicken breast fillet into large pieces.

Next, place the chopped chicken in a medium bowl and season with salt, red and black pepper.

STEP 8
Add the remaining tomato paste and vegetable oil to the chicken pieces. Mix everything together until well combined.

STEP 11
Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes to let all the flavors meld together.
