  • Dried garlic – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut off the crusts from all sides of the bread.
  2. Place bread crusts in the bowl of a kitchen chopper, add ground paprika, dried garlic and grind until bread crumbs are obtained.
  3. Roll out the bread crumb thinly using a rolling pin.
  4. Cut the sausages in half so that they are smaller than the bread crumb.
  5. Place eggs in a medium bowl and beat lightly with a whisk.
