Easy Cheese Oatmeal Crust Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 1 cup (130 g)
  • Water – 1 cup (250 g)
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. (18 g)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs. (100 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Dried marjoram – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Mozzarella – 1 package (150 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Pour oatmeal into a medium bowl, add water, mix thoroughly.
  2. Add flour to the resulting oat mixture, season with salt, black pepper and dried marjoram, stir. Add eggs, mix.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. Place the resulting oatmeal dough into it and distribute evenly. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Turn over to the other side.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  5. Then cut mozzarella into slices.
  6. Finely chop the parsley.
  7. Place slices of tomatoes on top of the oatmeal crust, then slices of mozzarella, sprinkle with parsley. Cook over low heat until the cheese has melted.
  8. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
