how to cook Easy Cheese Broccoli Potato Bake?

Get ready for a delicious meal! Start by preheating your oven to 200°C (400⁰F). Then peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

TIPS: Peeling potatoes can be made simple with a vegetable peeler or a small sharp knife. Choose the method that works best for you.

Heat up a frying pan with a little vegetable oil and put the potato cubes in it.

Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown on all sides.

Next, add some slightly defrosted broccoli to the pan with the potatoes and give it a good stir. Once everything is cooked through, remove the pan from the heat.

TIPS: If you can’t find frozen broccoli than opt for the fresh ones instead. Just give them a good wash and cut them into equal-sized pieces.

In a medium bowl, crack some eggs, mix them well.

Season the eggs with salt, Italian herbs, and chopped garlic.

TIPS: Instead of using dried Italian herbs, you can opt for such dried herbs as basil and marjoram instead. It’s a convenient alternative that adds a delightful twist to your recipe.

TIPS:Now, let’s talk about garlic. Wondering how to chop a clove of garlic? There are a couple of options. You can either use a garlic press to get that perfect mince. Or finely chop the garlic with a sharp knife. Both methods work like a charm.

TIPS:If you don’t have fresh garlic cloves, dried garlic can be a suitable substitute. Just keep in mind that the flavor might be slightly different, so adjust accordingly.

After that pour in some milk.

Now, grab a block of cheese and grate it on a coarse grater. Then finely chop some fresh dill to add a burst of flavor to the dish.

TIPS: Pre-grated cheese is incredibly convenient for preparing a wide range of dishes.

TIPS: Instead of the dill consider using fresh herbs like green onions or parsley that can add a burst of freshness to the dish.
