how to cook Crispy Onion Potato Fritters?

Get ready for a mouth-watering dish! Begin by slicing the onions into half rings.

Then soak the sliced onion in water with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.

Next drain the sliced onion.

In a large bowl, mix the sliced onions with eggs.

Peel one potato and grate it on a coarse grater.

TIPS: One key tip is to grate the potatoes instead of chopping them, as this helps release their natural moisture and leads to a crunchier texture.

After that chop the parsley coarsely.

TIPS: If you don’t have fresh parsley on hand, don’t worry! You can easily substitute it with dried parsley. While fresh parsley adds a vibrant touch, dried parsley still brings a pleasant herbaceous flavor to your dish. So, feel free to use whichever option suits your pantry.
