  • Onions – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Frozen sweet peppers – 1/4 pack (100 g)
  • Water – 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Ground paprika – 2/3 tsp. (2 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Place canned white beans in a sieve, drain off excess liquid, and rinse with water.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings. Coarsely chop the spinach leaves.
  3. In a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the sausages on both sides until golden brown, place on a plate. Cut the slightly cooled sausages into 3 pieces diagonally each.
  4. In the same frying pan, fry the chopped onion, add slightly thawed sweet peppers. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
