Simple Oven Baked Sausage Cabbage

- Sugar – 2 tbsp. (24 g)
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. (28 g)
- Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
- Salt – 1/3 tsp. (2 g)

- Greek yogurt – 3/5 cup (150 g)
- Dill – 1/4 bunch (13 g)
- Whole grain mustard – 1 tbsp. (16 g)

Cooking steps:
- Cut the cabbage into large pieces, leaving the stalk behind. Finely chop the dill.
- Remove the core from the apples and cut in half. Cut the halves of each apple into slices.
- Cut the sausages in half diagonally each.
Sauce
- Place yogurt and whole grain mustard in a medium bowl, add chopped dill, mix thoroughly.
Assembly
- Grease a 30cm x 20cm baking tray with vegetable oil. Place pieces of cabbage in a single layer, sliced sausages and apples on the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper the cabbage and sprinkle with sugar.
