Homemade Gluten Free Egg Roll

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 4 pcs. (200 g)
  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Parsley – 1/3 bunch (17 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Place egg yolks in a medium bowl, add salt, stir.
  3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Place egg whites in a medium bowl, add salt and chopped parsley, stir.
  5. Cut the cheese into sticks.
  6. Grease a frying pan over medium heat with butter. Pour the egg yolk mixture into it and fry for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
  7. Place the cheese sticks on the side of the yolks, roll them into a roll, and move them to the side.
  8. Pour half of the egg white mixture into the pan so that you get an extension of the roll. Wait until the egg white mixture sets, roll it up, and move it to the side.
