  • Baking soda – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Plum jam – 1 cup (300 g)
  • Melted butter – 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)


  • Powdered sugar

Cooking steps:

  1. Pour melted butter into a large bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, add baking soda and baking powder.
  2. Add flour to sugar-butter mixture and mix until crumbs form. Set aside 1/4 of the mixture.
  3. Place the remaining dough in a 30cm x 20cm baking tray, pre-greased with butter and lined with parchment paper. Distribute evenly, press firmly to the bottom with a wooden spatula.
  4. Place plum jam on the resulting crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350⁰F) for 25 minutes. Leave in the baking tray for 10 minutes. Remove from the baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle the cooled pie with powdered sugar.
