  • Natural yogurt – 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs. (150 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)
  • Green onions – 1/4 bunch (25 g)

  • Raw smoked bacon strips

Cooking steps:

Crust

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry according to the recipe. Bake the chilled shortcrust pastry into a crust according to the recipe in a 24 cm diameter round baking tin. Let cool completely.

Filling

  1. Cut green onions into rings. Cut the sweet pepper in half, remove the core and stem, and cut into strips.
  2. Cut the cheese into strips.
  3. Place eggs in a medium bowl, add yogurt, add ground paprika, salt and ground black pepper, mix thoroughly.

Assembly

  1. Place bell pepper strips and cheese on cooled crust. Carefully pour the resulting egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with green onion rings.
