  • Sunflower seeds – 3/4 cup (100 g)
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup (150 g)
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
  • Ground cinnamon – 2 tsp. (4 g)
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Flour – 1/2 cup (80 g)
  • Melted butter – 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • Eggs – 1 pc. (50 g)

  • Melted dark chocolate

Cooking steps:

  1. Place oatmeal into a large bowl, add chopped peanuts and sunflower seeds, stir.
  2. Pour sugar and vanilla sugar into the resulting mixture, add cinnamon, baking powder and flour, mix well. Add the eggs, pour in the melted butter, mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the resulting mass on a 30cm x 20cm baking tray, pre-greased with oil and lined with parchment paper. Distribute evenly and press firmly.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C (320⁰F) for 25 minutes. Leave in the baking tray and cool completely.
  5. Remove from the baking tray and pour melted chocolate over it.
