  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs. (210 g)
  • Mozzarella – 1/2 pack (63 g)
  • Milk – 1/4 cup (63 g)
  • Sliced ham – 1 package (150 g)
  • Dried basil – 1/4 tsp. (1/2 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Roll the pita bread into a roll and cut into thin strips.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Cut the ham in half, then cut into triangles.
  5. Place eggs in a medium bowl and mix with a whisk. Pour milk into the egg mixture, add salt and stir.
  6. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, lightly grease with butter.
  7. Place half of the chopped pita bread in a greased frying pan and pour in half of the egg mixture. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top, arrange the sliced ham, sprinkle with dried basil and the remaining grated cheese.
