  3. Place softened butter in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add Dulce de Leche to the butter mass and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the butter mixture into the ricotta mass and mix thoroughly. Place chopped dried apricots into the ricotta mixture and mix well.
  5. Line the inside of a special mold for Easter cheesecake with damp gauze, folded in 2 layers, so that the edges of the gauze hang outward.
