  • Dried garlic – 2/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Spinach – 1/2 bunch (50 g)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. (15 g)
  • Salt – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)
  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, reserving 1/5 cup (50 g) of the pasta cooking water.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Coarsely chop the spinach leaves.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped mushrooms and fry until tender. Season the fried mushrooms with salt and dried garlic, stir. Add chopped spinach leaves and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Place cooked spaghetti in a bowl with fried mushrooms and spinach, pour in lemon juice, add grated cheese, and pour in the reserved pasta cooking water. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.
  5. Place the finished pasta on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and red chili pepper rings. Serve warm.
