- Sugar – 3 tbsp. (36 g)
- Milk – 1/5 cup (50 g)
- Instant gelatin – 1 package (10 g)
- Fondant flowers
- Coconut shreds
- Sugar balls
- Prepare a chocolate shortbread dough according to this recipe. Bake the chilled dough according to this recipe in a 20cm round tart tin. Allow to cool completely.
- Pour milk into a saucepan and heat without bringing to a boil. Pour gelatin into a medium bowl, add hot milk, stir until completely dissolved, cool to room temperature.
- Pour yogurt into a large bowl, add sugar, stir.
- Add dissolved and cooled gelatin to the yogurt mixture and mix thoroughly.
