  • Onions – 1/2 pcs. (75 g)

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Dried herbs de Provence – 1 tsp. (2 g)
  • Dried garlic – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp. (5 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut off the stalks, cut into slices about 0.5-0.7 cm thick.
  2. Cut the onion into quarter rings.
  3. Then cut the mushrooms into slices along with the stems.

  2. Add vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar to the spices and mix thoroughly.
