  • Zucchini – 1 pc. (200 g)
  • Champignons – 6 pcs. (100 g)
  • Onions – 1 pc. (120 g)
  • Yogurt – 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • Dried Provençal herbs – 1 tsp. (2 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Water – 1/2 cup (125 g)


  • Green onion

Cooking steps:

  1. Peel the tomatoes and cut into large cubes. Cut the onion into quarter rings.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thick slices. Cut small mushrooms into 4 parts, large ones into 6-8 parts.
  3. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, remove the bones, and cut into large pieces.
  4. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. Place chicken thighs in it and fry for 5 minutes. Add onion to the chicken and fry. Pour in 1/4 cup (63 g) water, mix everything well. Simmer for 3 minutes.
