  • Cheese – 1/4 package (50 g)
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp (3 g)

  • Eggs – 2 pcs. (100 g)
  • Milk – 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • Flour – 1/4 cup (40 g)
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the young cabbage into large pieces, leaving the stalk.
  2. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Batter

  1. Place the eggs in a medium bowl, beat the whisks lightly, season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Pour milk into the resulting egg mixture, gradually add flour, mix thoroughly.

Assembly

  1. Dip each piece of cabbage on both sides in the milk-egg mixture.
