how to cook Moist Raisin Oil Muffins?

To begin, preheat the oven to 180°C (350⁰F). In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, and give it a good stir.

Next, take a large bowl and crack the eggs into it. Add sugar and vanilla sugar, then beat the mixture with a mixer until it becomes a fluffy, pale mass.

Now, gradually add half of the flour mixture to the egg-sugar mixture. Pour in the milk and then add the remaining half of the flour mixture. Finally, add vegetable oil and mix everything together with the mixer on low speed until the dough becomes smooth.

TIPS: Make sure to use refined, deodorized vegetable oil. This will help prevent any strange smells or tastes from creeping into your treats.

Once the dough is ready, gently fold in the raisins.

TIPS: Raisins should be prepared first. Before adding raisins to the dough, be sure to rinse with water and then blot with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Prepare a 6-pieces muffin tin by placing paper cups into it. Fill each cup about three-quarters full with the dough.
