  • Sugar – 1 tbsp. (12 g)
  • Frozen strawberry – 1/4 cup (50 g)
  • Frozen raspberries – 1/4 cup (50 g)
  • Frozen blueberry – 1/4 cup (50 g)

for the icing

  • Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup (100 g)
  • Milk – 1 tbsp. (15 g)

additionally

  • Eggs – 1 pc. (50 g)
  • Water – 1 tsp. (5 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Place the puff pastry, thawed according to the instructions on the package, onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it out into a 20cm x 20cm square.
  2. Using a pizza cutter and a ruler, cut the puff pastry into four equal 10cm x10cm squares. Using a 2cm margin from each edge, cut the puff pastry lightly, being careful not to cut all the way through. Prick the middle with a fork.
  3. Transfer the puff pastry to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the pastries in an oven preheated to 200°C (400⁰F) for about 10 minutes. Remove the pastries from the oven and cool slightly.

Filling

  1. Put ground nuts into a medium bowl, add sugar, stir.

Assembly

  1. Spread the nut mixture evenly in the center of each baked puff pastry tart. Place slightly thawed berries on top.
