TIPS: Instead of sticking to just one type of pasta, like noodles, why not try other long pasta options such as spaghetti, capellini, or linguine pasta? It’s a great way to add variety to your dishes.
TIPS: Don’t underestimate the power of pasta cooking water! This starchy liquid works wonders when it comes to creating a flavorful pasta sauce or bringing all the ingredients together in a dish.
TIPS: If you’re looking for a shortcut, consider using a pre-made seafood spice mix instead of individually adding dried garlic, ground paprika, and chili pepper. It saves time and still adds a delicious kick to your pasta.
STEP 2
Next, wash the parsley and chop it into coarse pieces.
STEP 3
Squeeze the juice from a lemon.
TIPS: Looking to get every last drop of juice from your lemons? Well, you’re in luck! There are a couple of handy methods you can try. First off, if you happen to have a citrus juicer, that’s the way to go. It’s super convenient and ensures you get the most juice out of your lemons. But fear not if you don’t have one! A simple fork can do the trick too. Just poke and twist it into the lemon flesh, and voila! You’ll have some freshly squeezed juice in no time.
STEP 4
Strain this lemon juice through a fine sieve.
TIPS: When it comes to lemon juice, you have the choice between using fresh lemons or bottled lemon juice. Both options work just fine, so go with whatever you have on hand or prefer. The tangy flavor of lemon will add a refreshing twist to your dish.

Heat a frying pan over high heat and add a little vegetable oil. Place slightly thawed peeled shrimps in the pan
STEP 6
Season the shrimps with the spice mixture. Stir and cook the shrimps for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 7
