Easy Milk Semolina Cake

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs. (150 g)
  • Flour – 1/2 cup (80 g)
  • Milk – 3/5 cup (150 g)
  • Semolina – 1 cup (200 g)
  • Softened butter – 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp. (5 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Pour flour, semolina, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl and mix.
  2. Place softened butter in a large bowl, beat with a mixer at medium speed, add sugar, continue beating until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg-butter mixture, alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. And mix with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
  4. Place the resulting dough into a pre-greased and floured 20 cm round silicone bundt pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350⁰F) for 1 hour. Leave the finished cake in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
