Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs. (560 g)
  • Minced meat (ground beef) – 1 package (400 g)
  • Onions – 1 pc. (210 g)
  • Garlic cloves – 1 pc. (6 g)
  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 2/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Dried basil – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Finely chop the onion. Chop the green onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. Place chopped onion and chopped garlic in it and lightly fry. Add minced meat and continue cooking for 5 minutes until crumbly. Add half the salt and black pepper to the minced meat and onion and mix. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the minced meat is crumbly.
