  • Cheese – 1/2 pack (100 g)
  • Garlic cloves – 1 pc. (3 g)
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)
  • Dried Italian herbs – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the potatoes on all sides.
  2. Add slightly defrosted broccoli to the frying pan with the potatoes and stir. Remove from heat.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Finely chop the dill.
