Oven Roasted Red and White Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients:

  • Young red cabbage – 1 pc. (670 g)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. (15 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 2/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Salt – 2/3 tsp. (4 g)

additionally

  • Vegetable oil
  • Chili pepper pickled
  • Parsley

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the white and red cabbage into large pieces, leaving the stalk behind.
  2. Then cut the chili pepper into slices. Coarsely chop the parsley.
  3. Grease a 30cm x 20cm baking tray with vegetable oil. Place the cabbage pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400⁰F) for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped parsley and chopped chilli.
