Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs. (280 g)
  • Mozzarella balls – 1 package (100 g)

for the sauce

  • Basil – 1/2 bunch (25 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. (42 g)
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp. (5 g)
  • Dried oregano – 1/2 tsp. (1/2 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)

  • Basil
  • Lettuce

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and cut each half into 4 pieces.

Sauce

  1. Finely chop the basil.
  2. Place chopped basil in a small bowl, add vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar, season with oregano, black pepper and salt, stir.

Assembly

  1. Place the mozzarella balls in a bowl with the sauce, stir, and leave for 10 minutes.
