  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Baking soda – 1/5 tsp. (1 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup (55 g)
  • Coconut shreds – 1/2 cup (30 g)
  • Lemon zest – 1/2 tsp. (2 g)

for the icing

  • Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup (100 g)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. (15 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut shreds.
