Healthy Ground Beef Pasta Skillet


  • Pasta Rigatoni – 1 package (450 g)
  • Ground beef – 1 package (400 g)
  • Onions – 1 pc. (135 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp. (2 g)
  • Water – 1/2 cup (125 g)


  • Green onions

Cooking steps:

  1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Cut the onion into quarter rings.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. Place chopped onion in it and fry for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and continue cooking for 10-12 minutes until crumbly.
