how to cook Gluten Free Flourless Chocolate Cake?
STEP 1

Let’s get started by preheating the oven to 160°C (320⁰F). Now, grab some dark chocolate and give it a good chop.
STEP 2

Next, grab a medium bowl and toss in the chopped chocolate and butter.
STEP 3

To combine these ingredients, we’re going to create a water bath. Simply place the bowl in a larger bowl filled with simmering water, and stir everything together until it’s nice and smooth. Let it cool down a bit.
STEP 4

In a separate large bowl, crack in the eggs and add the sugar and salt. Grab your trusty mixer and beat everything together until it becomes a fluffy, pale mass. This should take about 6 minutes of mixing.
TIPS: To ensure your cake rises well and forms a sweet sugar crust on top, it’s important to beat the eggs for the specified time. Don’t rely on your inner sense of time, though! Use an electronic or mechanical watch to keep track of the time accurately.
STEP 5

Now, it’s time to bring the chocolate mixture into the egg-sugar mixture. Pour it in and give it a good stir. Make sure everything is well combined.
STEP 6

Grab a 16 cm round baking tin. Grease it up and line it with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the prepared tin and use a silicone spatula to level the top.
STEP 7

Pop the tin into the preheated oven at 160°C (320⁰F) and let it bake for about an hour.

STEP 8

Once it’s done, leave the cake in the tin for 5 minutes. This will make it easier to remove later on.
TIPS: This flourless chocolate cake is not your ordinary chocolate cake. It’s packed with loads of chocolate and no flour, which gives it a gooey and sticky center. But don’t be fooled, this cake is definitely baked to perfection, even if its center is a bit of gooey!
STEP 9

Now, take the cake out of the tin and give it a sprinkle of cocoa powder. It adds a nice touch!
TIPS: A good sign that you’ve done everything right is when there are cracks on the top of the baked cake. So, don’t worry if you see those cracks – it means you nailed it!
STEP 10

Finally, cut Gluten Free Flourless Chocolate Cake into equal pieces and serve it warm with a cup of tea. Enjoy your delicious treat!
