  • Sugar – 3 tbsp. (36 g)
  • Water – 2 tbsp. (30 g)

for the crumble topping

  • Sweetened condensed milk – 1/4 can (95 g)
  • Corn flakes – 1 cup (50 g)
  • Coconut shreds – 4 tbsp. (20 g)


  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream

Cooking steps:


  1. Peel the apples, remove the seeds, cut into slices.
  2. Place the sliced apples in a large saucepan, add sugar, pour in water, and stir. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the blackberries, cook for another 3 minutes and then remove from the heat.

Crumble topping

  1. Pour coconut shreds into a medium bowl, pour in sweetened condensed milk, mix thoroughly. Add corn flakes to the resulting mixture and mix gently.
