Fresh Tomato Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- Spiral pasta (Fusilli) – 1/3 pack (150 g)
- Chicken breast fillet – 1/3 pcs. (117 g)
- Champignons – 7 pcs. (130 g)
- Tomatoes – 1 pc. (100 g)
- Onions – 1 pc. (70 g)
- Cream 10% – 1/3 cup (80 g)
- Dried marjoram – 1/2 tsp. (1/2 g)
- Salt – 1/3 tsp. (2 g)
- Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)

- Grated cheese
Cooking steps:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cut chicken breast fillet into strips.
- Cut onions and tomatoes into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into four parts.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. Add chicken fillet and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add onions and mushrooms, pour in cream. Season with salt, black pepper and dried marjoram. Gently stir in the tomatoes.
- Place the boiled pasta in the pan with the vegetables and mushrooms and stir. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished pasta with grated cheese and chopped parsley leaves.
