- Eggs – 2 pcs. (100 g)
- Flour – 2 tbsp. (18 g)

- Put flour, sugar and salt into a small bowl and stir.
- Place the eggs in a small bowl and beat lightly with a whisk.
- Put cottage cheese in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
- Pour the flour mixture into the cottage cheese mass, add lightly beaten eggs, mix thoroughly.
- Fill 2 butter-greased silicone muffin pans for 6 pieces with the cottage cheese mixture.
- Place the pans with cottage cheese pancakes in an oven preheated to 180°C (350⁰F) and bake for 20-30 minutes. Remove the cottage cheese pancakes from the oven and cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the finished cottage cheese pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with sweetened condensed milk.
