- Finely chop the onion.
- Place the eggs in a medium bowl, beat lightly with a whisk. Add half of the grated cheese, add dried garlic, dried basil, paprika and salt, mix.
- Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan over high heat. Add chopped onion, cook for 2 minutes until translucent. Add zucchini and fry for 4 more minutes.
- Put the fried zucchini with onions in a large bowl, pour over the egg-cheese mixture, mix thoroughly.
- Put the resulting mixture into a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
