- Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
- Canned corn – 1/2 can (140 g)

- Cut the chicken breast into cubes, zucchini into half-moons. Drain liquid from canned corn.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour in vegetable oil. Place chicken pieces in a frying pan, sprinkle with dried garlic, pepper and salt. Fry for 8-10 minutes without a lid, stirring occasionally. Transfer the cooked chicken to a bowl.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour in vegetable oil, and add chopped zucchini. Fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, add corn, fry for another 2 minutes.
- Place the chicken back into the pan with the zucchini, stir, and remove from heat.
- Cut the chili peppers into slices.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and slices of chili pepper. Serve with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes or as a meal on its own.
