  • Sweet peppers – 2 pcs. (200 g)

  • Onion – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Yogurt – 2/5 cup (100g)
  • Corn starch – 1 tbsp. (8 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1 tbsp. (6 g)
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Water – 1/2 cup (125g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut apples without peel into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Cut the sweet pepper into large squares.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. Place chopped chicken fillet in it and fry for 7 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  4. Place chopped onions and bell peppers in a frying pan and fry for 3 minutes. Add cornstarch and ground paprika, add half the water, add yogurt. Add chopped tomatoes and apples and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour in the remaining water. Mix everything well and continue to simmer until the sauce has a smooth consistency.
  5. Return the fried chicken pieces to the pan. Season with salt and stir again. Cover the pan with a lid and heat everything well for 10 minutes.
