- Greek yogurt or sour cream – 2/5 cup (100 g)
- Coconut shreds – 2/3 cup (44 g)

Cooking steps:
- Cut the plums in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and cut each half into 2 pieces.
Crust
- Place a sheet of rich yeast dough, thawed according to package instructions, on a lightly floured surface. Roll out into a 30cm by 20cm rectangle.
- Grease a 30cm by 20cm baking tray with oil and sprinkle with flour. Using a rolling pin, transfer the rolled-out dough to the prepared baking tray. Cover the baking tray with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Filling
- Place egg yolks in a medium bowl, add sugar, mix with a mixer at low speed until smooth. Add yogurt to the egg-sugar mixture, add coconut shreds, mix thoroughly.
Assembly
- Place the coconut filling on the yeast dough. Level the top with a spatula. Place prepared plums on top.
- Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350⁰F) for 25-30 minutes. Leave the finished cake in the baking tray for 5 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and coconut flakes.
