Easy Egg Cabbage Crust Pizza
- Cabbage – 1/4 pcs. (180 g)
- Eggs – 2 pcs. (100 g)
- Sliced salami – 5 pcs. (50 g)
- Green onions – 1/4 bunch (25 g)
- Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
- Ketchup – 3 tbsp. (54 g)
- Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
- Table vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp. (15 g)

- Finely chop the cabbage. Place chopped cabbage in a saucepan, add 2 liters of water and table vinegar. Leave for 10 minutes. Rinse with water several times, squeeze well.
- Finely chop the green onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place eggs in a medium bowl, add salt and mix. Place the cabbage in a large bowl, pour in the egg mixture, mix well.
