  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
  • Coconut shreds – 2 cups (132 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Place room temperature egg whites in a medium bowl, add vanilla sugar, and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Pour in condensed milk, add coconut shreds, mix thoroughly.
  2. Form 16 small balls from the resulting coconut mass. Place on a baking sheet pre-greased and lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350⁰F) for 16-18 minutes. Remove the macaroons from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
  4. Dip cooled macaroons into melted chocolate. Transfer the resulting macaroons back to the baking sheet and leave until the chocolate hardens.
