Easy Cheese Vegetable Omelette


  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs. (300 g)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs. (150 g)
  • Cheese – 1/2 pack (100 g)
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp. (2 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Green onion feathers – 2 pcs. (20 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Milk – 1/5 cup (50 g)
  • Garlic cloves – 1 pc. (6 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Finely chop the green onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Place eggs in a medium bowl, add salt, black pepper and paprika, mix. Pour in milk, add green onions, stir.
  3. Add a little vegetable oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Place chopped garlic in it and mix with vegetable oil. Place the tomato slices on the bottom of the pan, close to each other in one layer. Cook over medium heat until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Turn over the tomato slices to the other side, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat until done.
  5. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions.
