  • Apples – 2 pcs. (300 g)
  • Eggs – 1 pc. (50 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Coconut shreds – 3 tbsp. (15 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. (14 g)
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
  • Lemon zest – 1/2 tsp. (2 g)
  • Frozen blueberries – 1/2 cup (100 g)


  • Powdered sugar

Cooking steps:

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into slices.
  2. In a medium bowl, add flour, coconut shreds, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar and mix.
  3. Place the egg in a large bowl, beat lightly with a whisk, add sugar, vegetable oil, lemon zest, yogurt, and mix. Gradually add flour mixture, pour in milk, mix until smooth.
  4. Place the resulting dough into a pre-greased and floured 22cm baking dish. Place the chopped apples and blueberries on top.
