Creamy Potato Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet – 2 pcs. (400 g)
  • Onions – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Potatoes – 4 pcs. (500 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. (28 g)
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Cream – 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs. (100 g)
  • Curry – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes. Place chicken fillet in a medium bowl, season with salt, black pepper and paprika, pour in vegetable oil, stir. Leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices.
  3. Finely chop the parsley. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Place eggs in a medium bowl, season with salt, black pepper and curry, pour in cream, stir.
  5. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan. Place chopped onion and potatoes in it and stir. Place chopped chicken breast on top of the onions and potatoes. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400⁰F) for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400⁰F) for another 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
