Cheesy Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Roll Ups


  • Chicken breast fillet – 3 pcs. (650 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)

for the filling

  • Onions – 1 pc. (110 g)
  • Champignons – 7 pcs. (200 g)
  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp. (30 g)
  • Garlic cloves – 2 pcs. (6 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)

for the sauce

  • Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp. (45 g)
  • Salt – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)
  • Eggs – 1 pc. (50 g)


  • Green onions

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut each chicken breast fillet in half lengthwise. Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken fillet halves through cling film on both sides.
  2. Add salt, black pepper and paprika to a small bowl and stir. Sprinkle each chicken fillet with the spicy mixture on both sides.


  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Then cut the champignons in half and cut into slices.
  2. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. Place chopped onion in it and fry for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, fry for another 3 minutes, stir. Cool completely.
