Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 4 pcs. (560 g)
- Minced meat (ground beef) – 1 package (400 g)
- Onions – 1 pc. (210 g)
- Garlic cloves – 1 pc. (6 g)
- Cheese – 1/4 pack (50 g)
- Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)
- Ground black pepper – 2/3 tsp. (2 g)
- Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
- Dried basil – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)

Cooking steps:
- Finely chop the onion. Chop the green onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. Place chopped onion and chopped garlic in it and lightly fry. Add minced meat and continue cooking for 5 minutes until crumbly. Add half the salt and black pepper to the minced meat and onion and mix. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the minced meat is crumbly.
- Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. Place potato slices in it, add the remaining salt and black pepper, paprika and dried basil, mix. Cook for 10 minutes.
