  • Tomatoes – 1 pc. (300 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 package (125 g)
  • Salt – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)
  • Dried basil – 1/2 tsp. (1/2 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1/2 tsp. (3 g)

  • Parsley – 1/2 bunch (25 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. (42 g)
  • Salt – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/8 tsp. (1 pinch)

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut Mozzarella cheese into slices.
  2. Make deep cross cuts on the tomatoes at a distance of 1 cm from each other, without cutting all the way through.
  3. Carefully insert slices of cheese into the slits. Season with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with basil.

  2. Place parsley in a medium bowl, add vegetable oil, season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grind with an immersion blender to get va sauce.
  4. Pour balsamic vinegar diluted with boiled water over the finished tomatoes and serve with green sauce.
