Baked Cheese Tomato Eggplants

Ingredients:

  • Eggplants – 2 pcs. (580 g)
  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs. (320 g)
  • Cheese – 1/2 pack (100 g)
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (6 g)

for the sauce

  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. (42 g)
  • Garlic cloves – 1 pc. (5 g)
  • Salt – 1/6 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp. (1 g)
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)
  • Dried basil – 1/2 tsp. (1 g)

  • Parsley

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the eggplants into slices. Transfer to a large bowl, add salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse the eggplants from salt and dry on a paper towel.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Sauce

  1. Pour ground paprika, dried basil, black pepper and salt into a small bowl, add chopped garlic, add vegetable oil, stir.

Assembly
